The I-30LC is Collings' refinement of the double-cutaway, fully-hollow, humbucker-equipped concept — built on lessons learned from the I-35LC and Statesman LC — into something genuinely new. Its trestle-braced body couples the neck and tail block directly, transferring real acoustic energy efficiently while keeping the guitar remarkably light, responsive and versatile: this fully-hollow carved-top instrument is painted in a striking Olympic White finish with black binding and parallelogram fretboard inlay.
