

1980 Liberty Buckdancer Open Back Banjo Serial #1021 Built By Bob Flesher
This Liberty Buckdancer, serial number 1021, is in excellent condition. The serial number indicates the banjo was built in 1980. It has fine attention to detail, including rope inlay on the pot and a beautiful flamed Maple neck with backstrap.
Liberty "Buckdancer" banjos were made by Bob Flesher through the Liberty Banjo Company during the 1970s and 1980s, based first in Connecticut and later in Florida. Bob Flesher later focused on building fretless Minstrel-style banjos.
This banjo is a treat to play and a great addition to any collection.
